I sincerely believe that food can create, and cure all illnesses. Whole foods can do no wrong. The biggest myth has to be that you have to eliminate ANYTHING that is a whole food. Particularly carbohydrates such as sweet potato. Rather than eliminate the good foods you love, learn how to use them to complement your health and your lifestyle.
I try and practice what I preach, and lets face it, people don’t contact me to find out where they can get the best tasting pizza so I have to be motivated in order to motivate. I believe as long as you earn a meal everyday, through some form of activity (moderate-high intensity depending on how you are feeling), you will always be in shape. It can be swimming, tennis, yoga or lifting weights. Being active is more important than what you do to stay active. Adding clean eating and some core training 2-3 days a week only helps if you’re seeking a year round six pack.
You can’t out-train a bad diet! My other favourite is, Rather than wish for a great future, create one!
Lets get started…..
NOT ALL CALORIES ARE EQUAL
Processed foods require less energy to be broken down than naturally occuring whole foods.
For example, a ‘low calorie’ food substitute that is processed will not require as much energy to be broken down, as say a higher calorie, highly thermic ‘whole’ food. Therefore, after digestion, they may essentially have very similar ‘calorie content’. Therefore low calorie doesn’t necessarily mean something is good for you and neither does high calorie mean that a particular food is bad for you.
And we haven’t even began to touch on the health complications………
What better way to express yourself than through the will and determination required to sculpt and mould the body of your dreams.
The body you deserve.
Your mind and your body work in unison, without your consent. Get a good workout in and not only are you on the road to achieving your physical potential, but also your cognitive potential.
What do you expect from a program?
- To lose weight?
- By weight I mean fat.
- To tighten and tone up by strengthening and regenerating new muscle tissue?
- To have access to an eating plan that doesn’t bore you
- And an exercise regime that you look forward to?
If you answered yes to all of these questions you’re asking for too much.
After all, that is why you would purchase this E-book.
To commence a journey that is fun and rewarding.
But what happens next?
Are you meant to second guess everything you do thereafter?
The unique element to this program is a detailed step-by-step guide as to why you are eating the way you are eating. Understanding WHY you are combing foods a particular way and the consequences of not doing so. Understanding what purpose each food group has and how it applies to certain parts of YOUR day. Appreciating how different foods serve a different purpose depending on when YOU are active and the extent to which YOU are active. Being ressured that it is not through deprivation that YOU will reach your physical and cognitive potential but through discovery. Exposing YOUR body, as well as YOUR mind (food affects the way we function cognitively as well as physically) to the vast array of foods that are neglected or even eliminated when ‘dieting’ begins. I’ve said this in interviews, to my clients and will continue to say that any ‘diet’ or eating plan that says you must completely give up a partcular food for the rest of your life isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.

I DON”T HAVE TIME TO TRAIN. This is one of my favourites. Whether it requires you to set your alarm to get up an hour earlier or squeezing a session in after work when you really can’t be bothered. If your desire to feel good and look good exceeds is strong enough then you will make the necessary sacrifices. A one hour workout is 4% of your day, and you don’t have to train everyday, so in reality it’s even less. Particularly if you decide to train at home and not travel to use a gym. No excuses.
By the end of this program you will have physically progressed towards your goal. You will have also progressed in your knowledge enough to be able to train yourself. You will be have the information you need to create a healthy way of eating, training and living that suites YOU!
